"We sincerely welcome and express our deepest gratitude to President Takeuchi, IATSS, and all the stakeholders involved. We would like to reiterate our appreciation for the achievements of IATSS, which has worked closely with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Royal University of Phnom Penh, JICA, and others since 2015 to develop teaching materials, conduct research, develop human resources, and implement practical programs to raise youth awareness. Over the past 10 years, IATSS has remained a crucially important partner in promoting traffic safety education in Cambodia. This new milestone of advancing our cooperation deeply reflects the strong and developing collaborative relationship between Cambodia and Japan in the fields of education and human resource development. Furthermore, today's signing demonstrates our Ministry's strong determination to continue cooperating sustainably with Japan through IATSS and JICA in order to further advance traffic safety education for the children and youth of Cambodia, who are the future of our nation."
